Joint Commission & Patient Safety Concerns

Employees may complain to Join Commission about a patient safety event or concern about a health care organization in the following ways:

  • Online: Submit a new patient safety concern, Submit an update to your incident (You must have an indent number)

No Retaliation:

ATC Healthcare Services will not retaliate because an employee makes a complaint.
