Techs: need to be able to scrub and monitor. Experience or 'Must have' skills Min 2 year. Interventional cath lab. EMR/Equipment EPIC, Client MacLab Cardiologist hours/on call On call. Manager/Charge Nurse Not charge 24/7 currently. Cath Lab Techs try to run 4 on a shift, 2 per lab. Shifts & Scheduling 4 - 10's, 0700-1730. Schedule by manager. Weeknight/Call Requirement 1730 - 0700 for a weekday and one weekend a month starting Friday at end of day until Monday morning at 0700. Not called in very often. Weekend/Call Requirement Friday night to Monday morning. Holiday/Call Requirement Covered by call timeIs there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes - see above notes. What is call response time? 30 minFloating Requirements Must be able to 'float' to pre and post care for cath lab, GI and IR patients. Scrub Color/Dress Code ProvidedUnit/Department specific orientation 3 days on unit with a precepter. Epic classes are twice a month. Will need to take Epic class once during the begining of the assignment. May not coincide with first week. Additional Notes Looking for flexibility in travelers. Manager is contract staff at this time. Flexibility: ie. As travelers come in and leave, the schedule may be altered. Small staff pool. Teamwork mentality.
