Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Weekends:4 shifts per month General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 10 Number of Staff – 14 Type of staff: o Day Shift – 7 LVNs, 2 PCTs o Night Shift – 1 RN, 3 LVNs, 1 PCTs Patient Ratios – 5:1 Type of equipment – Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS Hospital Experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. 3 Years or more nursing experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): No Routine procedures performed on unit Best personality Fit: Open to Feedback Owner Mentality Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
