Mixed Day Shifts (First shift starts at 05:00, mid shift 06:00, and late shift 08:00)Data Collection: Unit Information: CV Prep/Recovery Location: 2nd floor of Heart Tower Address: 500 Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598 Floor: 2nd Floor Building: Heart Tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 17 in CV Prep, 6 in CV PACU Number of Staff 13 in CV Prep, Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 3:1 Type of equipment standard hospital EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ACLS BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech preferred List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Heart Catheterization, TEE, Cardioversions, Loop Recorders Prep for CVOR, vascular cases, Watchman, TAVR, Ablations Best personality Fit: Flexible, good communication skills, positive attitude REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS, RN License Floating Area(s): CV PACU Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - light blue; surgical scrubs provided Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
