Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy Location: South Austin Medical Center Building: Main Building Floor: 1st floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 75477 Discipline: Respiratory Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 0600-1830 or 1800-0630 Call Requirements: None Weekends: Every Other General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 368 Number of Staff – 6 to 7 staff per shift Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs o Night Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs Patient Ratios – 35-45 UOS Type of equipment – Servo, Hamilton, Airvo EMR – Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RRT or CRT TX RCP At least one year of Adult experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. NICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Team player Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
