Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Imaging Services Location: South Austin Medical Center Building: Main Floor: 1st Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 726,727,728,729,734,763,787,795,796 Discipline: Radiology Quantity: Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 7p -7a or 7a-7p Call Requirements – Limited to none Weekends: rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Number of Staff – 100 Imaging techs and IR nurses Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 lead and 4 techs on per shift depending on the modality Night Shift - 3 on in CT/RAD. I on in US/MR Patient Ratios – Type of equipment – Mostly GE EMR – Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ARRT, TMB, RDMS, NMTCB Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. License in the modality they are applying for. (ex NMTCB, MRI, CT,ACLS, RDMS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): So many. Need to have stroke and trauma experience. Also experience working in a fast paced environment. Super sick patients and high level of acuity. Best personality Fit: Strong scanning skills. Calm and professional and great team player Experience in trauma and stroke Flexible with a great attitude Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
