The physician will care for approximately thirteen to fourteen patients daily in inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic settings. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC for patient documentation and care management. The schedule consists of five to six twenty-four-hour shifts per month, each shift running from seven in the morning to seven the following morning. Weekend shifts are required and follow the same twenty-four-hour schedule as weekdays. There are no on-call responsibilities associated with this position.
