Weekends: Shifts available General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 22 OR s ; Not a trauma hospital Number of Staff – 80 Type of staff: o Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Staff to run 22 OR s. One team in house at all times. o Night Shift – 1 Team in house 24/7 Patient Ratios – 1:1 Type of equipment – Robotics, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, Oncology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, GYN EMR – Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – Y; surgical technicians, Night Shift Weekend Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) CST s and RN – night weekend Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Certification is a MUST for CST s Neuro/Spine experience For Cardiac Service line – MUST have CARDIAC experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Multiple service lines; ortho, neuro, general, robotic List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Appy s, Chole s, Spine fusion, Total Joints, Crani s, Mastectomies, DIEP Flaps Best personality Fit: Flexible, team work, self-directed, positive Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
