Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: Float Pool Building: Floor: Housewide/MS Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 602 Discipline:Rn and PCT floats Quantity: Target Start Date: Anytime Shift: All shifts, 24/7 Call Requirements None Weekends: Every other General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Float pool Number of Staff – Type of staff: o Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR – Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RN, 2 years RN/PCT , experience preferred but not requires Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS nurses, CPR PCT List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Able to float from on unit to another daily. Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
