Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: 3South Building: NAMC – South Wing Floor: 3rd Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 61181 / 63081 Discipline: IMC Quantity: 32 Target Start Date: Shift: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM Call Requirements: None Weekends: Rotating every other General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 32 Number of Staff – 9 RN, 3 PCT, 2 Tele Monitor Techs Type of staff: o Day Shift – 9 RN, 3 PCT, 2 Tele Monitor Techs o Night Shift – 9 RN, 2 or 3 PCT, 2 Tele Monitor Techs Patient Ratios – 1:4 Type of equipment – Patient specific, IV pumps, SCD pumps, Bipap/Cpap, Tele monitor EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS/ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. BSN PCCN List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Pre and Post-operative care Drip titration and Non-titration drips Best personality Fit: Willingness to grow and learn Positive Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
