Lowry Expressway, Texas City, Tx 77591 Floor: 5th Building: Main building General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds Rehab 17 beds/ acute 100 Number of Staff 1 SLP prn Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) PT/OT staff o Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment Vital Stim EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. SLP license Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Vital Stim certified Out patient exp, modified swallow, ICU exp List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cognitive evals, swallowing evals, modified barium swallows, language, vital stim Best personality Fit: Works well with interdisciplinary team REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: SLP license Floating Area(s): Acute, outpatient, ICU, rehab, possible Clear Lake (sister facility 15 minutes away) Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. 2 weekends per month and can flex off during the week if needed Weekends and On call(if any) 2 weekends per month
