Job Description:
STARTASAPBILL RATE: ***SHIFT: DAYS8:00a - 5:30p Monday thru Friday - NO CALLREQUIREMENTS-BLSAREA OF KNOWLEDGE- Pediatric Therapist - Outpatient Clinic onlyScrub color - scrubpants of any color and a colorful top because of working with children.Patient ratio - for speech the current therapist can see 10 per day unless no shows or an average of 126 pediatric visits a monthCANDIDATES SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTEDPLEASE INCLUDE SSN WITH SUBMITTALThe Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
