Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection: Unit Information: Cath Lab Location: HHOA Building: Floor:1st Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 74668 Discipline: Quantity: Target Start Date: Shift: Call Requirements Average 9 days per month Weekends: Average 1 weekend per month General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 3 labs Number of Staff – 3 staff per procedure Type of staff: Day Shift – 9 plus supervisor Night Shift – 3 person call team Patient Ratios – 1:1 Type of equipment - Philips EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 2 yrs experience Tech to have ARRT or RCIS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. 2 yrs experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Standard diagnostic, complex interventional cases. High volume. Best personality Fit: Very busy lab. Sense of urgency. Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Scrubs provided by hospital. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
