Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years ***All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy*** Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Documentation system: Meditech Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) BLS ACLS Documentation system MacLab and occasionally MediTech for reference Prefer 2 years RN experience in the electrophysiology lab Pediatric EP occasionally performed Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) 5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI Pediatric (congenital heart) Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) Active TX RN License-Temp License are no longer accepted Procedures performed on unit: Diagnostic Cath/ PCI/Structural heart/ TAVR/TMVR Pediatric EP occasionally performed Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o Cath Lab RN: Scrubs Provided by department Nail Policy Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible.
