    Locum - Physician - OB/GYN Make $220/hour in Tiffin, OH!

    Job Details

    • Location: Hospital ER/GYN and L&D call
    • Total Number of Beds: 10 LDRP, 3 PP, & 1 Triage
    • Number of Physicians in Practice: 2, 5 CNMS
    • 40%-50% Gyn, 1-4 Gyn surgeries per day
    • 15%-35% C-sections
    • Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 2-5
    • Avg Daily Census: Newborns – 3-4
    • Avg Daily Census: Peds 0-1 every 2 months
    • # of beds in nursery – 12 Normal Newborn. No Special Care Nursery
    • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
    • PROVIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE C-SECTIONS ALL OB/GYN RELATED SURGERIES

    60-90 day credentialing timeframe - dependent on how quickly the application is submitted and extensive their history is. Emergency Temp privileged are possible for providers with a clean background and active OH license & DEA.

    Submission Requirements

    • Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
    • Ohio license - [REQUIRED] may consider IMLC if available for listed dates
    • NRP, ACLS - [REQUIRED]
    • COVID Vaccine - [PREFERRED]
    • Flu vaccine - [REQUIRED] at time of credentialing
    • CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR THE DATES LISTED ABOVE - [REQUIRED]
    • Confirm/Note if the provider is able to perform C-sections and all OB-GYN–related surgeries at the time of name clear – [REQUIRED]
    • Self-query NPBD report as a requirement during time of presentation - [REQUIRED]
    • Providers MUST have clean backgrounds to be considered for temps - [REQUIRED]

    Certification Requirements

    • ACLS
    • Board Certified
    • NRP
