    Job Description:

    Type: 15 Weeks Contract Travel Assignment

    Specialty: RN Case Manager

    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Hourly Pay: $63-73/hr

    Pay Per Week: $2,556-$ 2,950

    Shift: 5x8 Fri-Mon with rotating weekends, no on call required

    Shift Notes: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00-16:30)
    Start/End Date: 03/23/2026

    Length of Assignment: 15 Weeks

    Certifications: BLS, Covid-19 Vaccine.

    Requirements:
    - CA RN Licensure
    - EPIC Experience
    - 2 years of experience with knowledge of post-acute levels such as Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, SNF, LTAC, B&C, Sub-Acute and Acute rehab

    *Possible float to cover sick calls/PTO if census permits to Van Ness or Davies campuses*
