RETURNING CLINICIANS: PIH requires ALL Staff, Travel, and PD clinicians, who have previously worked at PIH Health Systems to have a supervisor reference from their previous work at PIH. Work history may exceed two year work reference parameters, any timeframe will be accepted as long as reference is from direct supervisor and confirms yes for rehire. Please include returning PIH reference and Updated Supervisor reference at time of submission. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of ER unit Experience - CA RN License, No EMSA. - attached with submission - Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and CPI/MAB/SAAM(either one) - attached with submission. Either in hand or receipt showing class is scheduled. MAB Vendors accepted: Educate Simplify Healthcare Education company (MAB), Empirical Safety Training - (S.A.A.M.)
