Job Description:
Unit Capacity: 28 Bed critical care stepdown / progressive care unit. Fast paced, holistic environment where we serve: patients with Respiratory Failure, post trauma, CHF, MI, Chronic Dialysis, post surgical, Neuro. Ratios: acuity impacts ratios of 1:2 or 1: 4 Staffing Plan: Staffing consists of Physicians and Mid- level providers, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and patient care technicians. Each shift has a designated team leader.
